Wow what a great night! Huge thanks to everyone that made the Blender 2015 Launch & Awards Night a massive one and for supporting Richmond Street Records, Central Institute of Technology and of course the incredible bands who played. Also, we would like to wish Scott Adam all the very best, leaving the Music Business course at Central Institute of Technology after coordinating for 20 years! Scott has made a huge impact on music education in Perth after originally starting up the course and helping see managers and artists continue on to success.

Richmond Street Records and Central Institute of Technology (CIT) are pleased to present the 2015 Blender compilation CD! Featuring the best tracks of the year recorded by some of Central’s best bands, this year’s compilation is a huge mix of incredible work that truly represents the hard work these bands have put in this year.
The official launch of the CD is on Thursday 26 November at The Rosemount Hotel, in conjunction with the awards night and graduation of CIT music students. The night will feature a number of bands playing tunes from Blender. It’s FREE entry and you can also grab yourself a FREE copy of the CD at the launch!
Doors open from 6PM til late.

To warm up for the Blender Compilation CD Launch at The Rosemount Hotel on Thursday 26 November, a huge lineup of Richmond Street Records bands are playing the showcase ‘Good Noise’ at The Good Shepherd, Thursday 5 November.
All featuring the best work from the Diploma of Music Performance at Central Institute of Technology Leederville and including Soapy Cactus, Wabisabi, 404, Bad Habit, Rukkus, Tone Pilots, Iridescent, Scout, Distant Thinking, Teknicolour, Izzy, Alter Ego (formerly Friends of Foes) and The Depthless (formerly The Shallows).
Doors open 5pm, gold coin donation entry.
It’s that time of year again when the team and artists of Richmond Street Records launch the annual Compilation CD, showcasing the 15 best tracks of the year! Running since 2010, songs produced by the talented artists at Central Institute of Technology (Leederville) are selected to go onto the ‘Blender’ Compilation CD to showcase these new diverse artists to industry and the Perth audience.

On Tuesday 22 September, Three Tree Productions filmed the huge night that was the Richmond Street Records 2015 Label Launch Party and it was a fantastic night for all.
